GENERAL: *Detached house, located next door to Doubtless Bay Villas (non-onsite).

Bedroom 1 (Master bedroom): Sleeps 2 (King bed only. Bed cannot be split into twin beds.)
Bedroom 2: Sleeps 2 (1 x King bed or 2 x single beds. (The bed will be made as a King bed by default unless single beds are requested.)
Bedroom 1: Ensuite with a large walk-in shower.
Bathroom 2 has a toilet, basin, shower and a bath
Fully-equipped kitchen and laundry.
Large living and dining area.
Private wrap-around deck with stunning Pacific Ocean views and sunsets.
On-site parking is available. (The house has a double garage and extra onsite parking for 2-3 cars + boat)
Non-smoking, non-vaping.
The house has portable fans and heaters and (in Winter) a wood-burning fire. There is no heat pump/air conditioning.
150m to Little Cable Bay beach.
Supermarket (mid-sized), butcher, liquor store, takeaways, 3 minutes by car in Coopers Beach.
