No fee is payable if cancellation is made more than 14-days prior to the check-in date.
If a cancellation is made inside the 14-days to check-in period, 50% of the total stay cost is payable.
Wherever possible and mutually agreeable we will try to move a booking date to accommodate any issues (health/family/personal etc.) that may arise. A 50% non-refundable deposit will be payable and taken on agreement of the new dates. If this is not possible the cancellation terms will apply.
A 'no-show' will incur 100% of the total booking cost.
Cancelling the stay within 24-hours of the booking date (without prior approval at the businesses discretion) is considered a 'no-show'.
Cancellation/date alteration requests must be made in writing by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cancellation/shortening the stay request refunds during the stay itself will be at the sole discretion of the management based on individual factors.
(For overseas guests we also recommend taking out personal travel insurance.)
