Sleeps 2 (King or a King bed which splits into two singles).
Ensuite bathroom.
Kitchenette with plates, bowls, glasses, cutlery, etc., a toaster, a kettle, a fridge, and a microwave. There is no oven or stovetop.
A free guest BBQ is available at the Tennis court. Guests are asked to clean and replace the cover (when cooled), ready for the next guest's use.
Patio with ocean views.
On-site parking is available. (Studios have uncovered parking close to the Studio.)
Non-smoking, non-vaping.
(Studio size 22 sq/m approx.)

*Studios have a fan and a heater, but no air conditioning/heat pump.
**All Studios have full, unobstructed sea views.
***STEPS: All Studios are located inside the main Villa entrance door and down a flight of stairs (approx. 20 steps) to the internal entrance.
Most (but not all) Studios and Villas have a small flight of steps down from the parking area to the Villa entrance. If steps are an issue, please let us know at the time of booking, and we will allocate a Villa/Studio with fewer steps (subject to availability).
****STUDIO PARKING: Parking for studios is in any of the allocated uncovered car parking bays. These are located 10-30m from Studios (depending on which Studio is allocated). The covered carport outside the Studio is allocated to guests of the Villa (upstairs). If the Villa is not booked, the carport may become available for your use.
