Kitchenette with plates, bowls, glasses, cutlery, etc., a toaster, a kettle, a fridge, and a microwave (no oven/stove-top).
A portable BBQ is available to rent, upon request, if required (subject to availability).
Patio with ocean views.
On-site parking is available. (Studios have uncovered parking close to the Studio.)
Non-smoking, non-vaping.

*Studios have a fan and a heater, but no air conditioning/heat pump.
**All Studios, except Studio 16, have full, unobstructed sea views.
Studio 16 has a partially obstructed sea view (it is our only Studio without a 100% sea view; approx. 70% sea view). Please see the pictures on our website for clarification. Studio 16 is usually sold at a slightly lower rate on our direct website to compensate for this. Please request a different Studio if this is an issue. (Subject to availability).
