If you specifically require air conditioning or a heat pump, please enquire when booking. These are allocated subject to request and availability.

***STEPS: Most (but not all) Villas have a small flight of steps down from the parking area to the Villa entrance. If steps are an issue, please let us know at the time of booking, and we will allocate a Villa/Studio with fewer steps (subject to availability).
Inside the Villa, there are approximately 18 steps with a handrail (1-flight) from the open-plan living/dining/kitchen area to the bedrooms.
