Cancellation Policy / No‑Show
• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the check‑in date: No fee is payable.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in: 50% of the total stay cost is payable.
• Rescheduling due to health/personal and/or other reasons: Where possible and mutually agreeable, we will try to reschedule booking dates to assist with unexpected situations. Please note that this is at management's sole discretion and cannot be guaranteed. If agreed, you will be liable for a 50% non-refundable deposit of the new booking price upon agreement and confirmation of the requested date change.
• No‑show: A no-show will incur 100% of the total booking cost. If you cancel your stay within 24 hours of the check-in date without prior approval (at the business’s discretion), it will be considered a no-show.
• How to request a cancellation or date change: All cancellation or date‑alteration requests must be made in writing by email to: info@doubtlessbayvilla.co.nz
• Shortening a stay or refund requests after arrival: Any shortening of the stay or refund request during the stay is considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of management.
• Travel insurance: For overseas guests, we strongly recommend taking out travel insurance for your trip.
• Policy updates: Cancellation terms may change at any time. Updated terms apply to all bookings made before or after the changes, without notice.

Credit Card Fees:
1. Please note that there is a 2.5% credit card surcharge added to the account total for CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS USING: VISA, MASTERCARD or AMEX (We only accept these three cards.) THIS ALSO INCLUDES PAYWAVE TRANSACTIONS.
2. There is no surcharge fee for fully prepaid bookings through BOOKING.COM, AGODA, EXPEDIA sites or their affiliates. (Please ensure you prepay rather than simply provide your credit card details to keep on file.)
3. There is no surcharge for a pre-agreed bank transfer which has cleared into our account pre-check-in (Bank feed: Account name: DBVillas Ltd. ANZ: 06-0122-0849088-00. Ref: Your Surname and first initial, i.e. 'SmithJ').
4. There is no surcharge for EFTPOS payments, NZ DEBIT CARDS swiped or inserted (not PayWave) or CASH payments.
