Perfect for families, friends or two couples, the 2 Bedroom Villa offers generous space, comfort and spectacular Pacific Ocean views. The villa features a master bedroom with king bed, a second bedroom with a king bed that can be split into two singles on request, two ensuites, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, spacious living and dining area, and a private balcony designed for relaxed coastal living.
Please note that all villas have portable fans and heaters. A limited number of villas have a heat pump/air conditioning in the kitchen/living area only, subject to request and availability. Most villas have a small flight of steps from the parking area, and approximately 18 internal steps from the living area to the bedrooms.

-Guests may use the tennis court at Doubtless Bay Villas; please return all equipment after use.
-Additional guests beyond the confirmed booking are not permitted without prior approval.
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the check‑in date: No fee is payable.
Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in: 50% of the total stay cost is payable.
Rescheduling due to health/personal and/or other reasons:
Where possible and mutually agreeable, we will try to reschedule booking dates to assist with unexpected situations. Please note that this is at management's sole discretion and cannot be guaranteed. If agreed, you will be liable for a 50% non-refundable deposit of the new booking price upon agreement and confirmation of the requested date change.
A no-show will incur 100% of the total booking cost. If you cancel your stay within 24 hours of the check-in date without prior approval (at the business’s discretion), it will be considered a no-show.
How to request a cancellation or date change: All cancellation or date‑alteration requests must be made in writing by email to: info@doubtlessbayvilla.co.nz
Any shortening of the stay or refund request during the stay is considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of management.
Travel insurance: For overseas guests, we strongly recommend taking out travel insurance for your trip.
Cancellation terms may change at any time. Updated terms apply to all bookings made before or after the changes, without notice.
