With only a small hand-picked number of Villas available within the 4 to 5-Star apartment style Northland accommodation which is spread over three levels (see diagram).
You can choose between:
Studio Room: (with stairs down to bottom floor) which sleeps 2 (King or a King bed which splits into singles) ensuite shower room and kitchenette – kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge ONLY. Patio area with table & chairs with sea views. (Most studios also have one flight of steps from the parking area to the Villa. If this is an issue please advise as we have some Studios with less steps.)
Villas: One, Two or Three Bedroom Apartment
One bedroom – Sleep 2 (king only)
Two bedrooms – Sleeps 4 (king and a king which splits into 2 singles)
Three bedrooms – Sleeps 6 (king and 2 kings which split into 2 / 4 singles)
The Villas (middle and top floor) have a fully equipped kitchen with open plan dining area and lounge on the middle floor. Stacker doors which open up the full width of the Villa onto a balcony with table and chairs with spectacular sea views.
Master and 2nd bedrooms upstairs on the top floor.
Portacots are available for any under 2 year olds free of charge.
All Villas and Studios have free access to WiFi and Smart TV/Sky TV (including Sports and Movie channels). Doubtless Bay Villas is a non-smoking and non-vaping site.
(Villa 16 has 3 singles beds in the 2nd bedroom for families with 3 children under the age of 12. Please ring and book directly on 09 406 1260 if you wish to book either of these Villas. There may be an extra cost on top of the 2 bedroom rate to cover laundry and other costs etc.)
Please note: There are stairs down to the Studio room from the middle floor and stairs up to the bedrooms in the Villa. You'll discover infinite possibilities of choice, calm and leisure at this luxury accommodation in Cable Bay, Northland
*NB: Studio 16 has a partially obstructed view (20% obstructed) but still has great panoramic views across Doubtless Bay to Mangonui harbour. This is the only Studio without a 100% unobstructed view of the ocean.
For stays of 5-nights or more, on request, we will endeavour to do a mid-stay mini-clean of your Studio or Villa. Please allow at least 1 day to arrange staffing for this. (This service may not always be available during our highest peak season due to staffing/time restraints.)
